IP5 Industry Feedback on NET/AI Issues and Task Force from AIPLA

The following presentation was given by AIPLA, the American Intellectual Property Law Association during the Seventh IP5 Global Dossier Task Force meeting held in March 2021.

AIPLA wanted to communicate the following:

It is of paramount importance that the development of AI-related technology and procedures be transparent for the benefit of all participants.

They also had thoughts on document and tool sharing among the offices and their constituents, and the formation of a task-force on these issues.
