The Center for AI and Patent Analysis (CAPA) pioneers AI research for use in diverse aspects of patents and the patent system. We accomplish this mission with two distinct initiatives:
We conduct original research on new classes of AI tools for users of the patent system
We establish a long-term research agenda to guide the AI research community in solving the largest patent problems collaboratively and incrementally
